Fantastically ugly retro futuristic design.  The amazing thing about this car is that it can do 0-60 in four seconds!!! Basically it is faster than a Porsche 911 Turbo, and accelerates at 0.8 Gs!!! The Eliica - short for Electric Lithium-Ion battery Car - was created by Hiroshi Shimizu and the Keio University Electric Vehicle Laboratory in Tokyo.
